How much does a new roof cost?

Every roof is different, so we price by measuring your actual roof. Size, pitch, material, and tear-off all factor in. Estimates are always free and come with a written, itemized breakdown. Most homeowners also qualify for financing with low monthly payments.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. Storm and hail damage claims are a big part of what we do. We inspect and document the damage, meet your adjuster on site, and make sure nothing gets missed. You pay your deductible; we handle the rest with your insurance company.

What is a roof coating, and is it right for my building?

A roof coating is a seamless, waterproof membrane applied over your existing commercial roof, whether metal, TPO, EPDM, or modified bitumen. It stops leaks, adds up to 20 years of warrantied life, and typically costs a fraction of a full replacement. If your roof is structurally sound, it is usually the smarter option.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are completed in one to two days. Larger or more complex roofs may take longer. Your estimate includes a timeline, and we protect your landscaping and clean up completely, including magnetic nail sweeps.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. A&R United Construction is fully licensed and insured, and our crews are factory-trained and certified by GAF and Owens Corning, which lets us offer manufacturer-backed warranties most contractors cannot.
