SMS Consent Policy

This policy describes the SMS text messaging program of A&R United Construction, LLC (“A&R United,” “we,” “us”) and how your consent works.

1. What Messages We Send

With your consent, we send text messages related to your inquiry and project, such as estimate scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, project status updates, follow-ups on your request, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies based on your project activity.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you submit your phone number through a form on this website, or by providing verbal or written consent directly to our team. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you, consent is given only through the checkbox or an explicit request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. A&R United does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by calling (270) 844-3355 or emailing AR@arunitedconstruction.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your project or other communications.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us by phone or email above.

6. Privacy
