Sill plate, rim joist and wall framing rebuilt

Under the old siding, the sill plate, rim joist and wall sheathing had rotted down to the block foundation. We replaced the damaged framing, checked it for level, and put up new sheathing so the wall was ready for siding.

Rotted porch beam replaced

Water had worked into the main beam of a covered porch and rotted it through. We removed the damaged beam, installed a new one, and wrapped it to match the rest of the porch.
