These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the A&R United Construction, LLC (“A&R United,” “we,” “us”) website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
A&R United provides exterior contracting services, including siding, roofing, gutters, soffit & fascia, repairs, and insurance claim assistance, for residential and commercial properties in Henderson, KY and the surrounding Tri-State area. All work is performed by our in-house crews in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Estimates and inspections are provided free of charge and without obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions visible or made known at the time of inspection; concealed conditions discovered during the work may require a written change order before additional work proceeds.
All projects are governed by a signed written agreement that describes the scope of work, materials, schedule, and payment terms. Payment schedules are set out in each agreement. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Past-due balances may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs as permitted by Kentucky law.
We stand behind our work with workmanship warranties, and installed products carry the applicable manufacturer material warranties. Warranty terms, durations, and exclusions are stated in your project agreement and warranty documents. Warranties do not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, alterations by others, or events outside our control such as severe weather beyond design specifications.
Where we assist with insurance claims, we act as your contractor, not as a public adjuster, insurer, or legal advisor. Coverage decisions rest solely with your insurance carrier, and you remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your policy.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henderson County, Kentucky, unless your project agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
